While we are on this subject, may I throw in mine in hopes someone has additional info? I descend from Kimbro Johnson b abt 1800 in NC who married Quinnett Pace b abt 1805 in NC. They married in Wake Co., NC Feb 15, 1820 and are then found on the 1830, 50 , 60, 70 and 1880 Surry Co., NC census. Thus I'm not sure if they lived in Surry to begin with and just married in Wake or if perhaps they were from Wake and moved to Surry between 1820 and 1830. Any addititional info is greatly appreciated.
