    2. Hello everyone I am looking for a connection to the following Surry Co. family especially Agnes Spears. Any help greatly appreciated. In the early 1800s Michael SPRINKLE of Surry Co. s/o George SPRECKEL and Elizabeth PETTIT and his wife Sarah RANSOM left Surry Co. They traveled with several other family including a SPEARS family. His wife Sarah Died before 1825 and he remarried to Agnes SPEARS B abt 1795? in Kentucky. Agnes was 35 years old and did not have any children living with her when she and Michael got married. It is possible that SPEARS is her maiden name of that she had been married before. I believe her family is from Surry County. Thanks for any help Kim

It is from a publication by Eva Coe Peden and sold by Gorin Publishing, and reprodueced here with the permission of Sandi Gorin of Glasgow, Ky.
