Looking for information on DUNCANs in Stokes Co. Peter DUNCAN, born in NC, probably Stokes Co. early 1800s. At least one of his children lived there: Sallie F. who married Sam MARTIN> other children of Peter: a son who married a woman named Mary Peter, died Mar 1890 Caroline Nancy Jane, b. Sept 12, 1843, married Jonathan Carter. They eventually moved to Indiana. Any connections? Becky Teague
