I am looking for the parents of Duncan McKenzie b circa 1795 married Barbara McLauren and resided in NC until about 1832 when they moved to Mississippi. They had at least five sons and one daughter( likely more ). One daughter is buried in Old Stewartsville cemetary near Laurenburg NC. Duncan was the ward of Kenneth McKenzie according to records in NC. His father may have been Roderick McKenzie but I can find no trace of that individual. Thanks---John McKenzie
