Hi All, I'm new to the list and searching for family connections between the ASHLEY and WHITE surnames. The WHITE family line goes back to Moses White, about 1665 in Scotland. Somewhere in Virginia, it picks up an Ashley connection and continues in North Carolina, specifically Anson County, Orange County and Iredell County. This is one of two brickwalls that I need an answer to. If anyone on this mailing list knows of a specific marriage between a White and an Ashley, would you please let me know for I truly am hunting a needle in a haystack. Best regards, Jane Ashley Benson
