I checked out their site. While it looks very interesting (if it ever gets out from under constuction), did I miss what you are refering to? There are a number of phone numbers in Scotland and addresses and some email addresses, but I didn't find any information on the site concerning family history. While I can see the advantage of know about this library if you might visit Scotland, could you tell me if they will help with research via email or do they refer you to a professional genealogist in the area? thanks AmyAnn Sacklester@aol.com wrote: > Hello, > > Here is a site which has a great deal of information for those of us still > tracing our ancestors in Scotland. > > http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/gcl/ref.htm > > <A HREF="http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/gcl/ref.htm">Reference Services at the > Mitchell Library > </A> > > Thanks > John Lester > > ==== NCSCOTS Mailing List ==== > If you would like to help RootsWeb Genealogical Data Cooperative > by becoming a member, sponsor, donor, or patron, please visit: > http://www.rootsweb.com/rootsweb/how-to-subscribe.html
