    3. Howdy Jason....{:) Here you go....reason for Tennessee State Logo License Tag...btw...the United Daughters of the Confederacy has such a TAG in Tennessee with their LOGO being the Confederate Flags known as the "STARS AND BARS"...the SCV supports re-enactors, so their LOGO includes the "BATTLE FLAG"....makes since to me?...{:)...SALUTE!!! Legislative solutions in Congress should have been the ONLY priority of the SOUTHERN "leaders"....alas it wuz not...ergo a battle of egos. Our point is that, our SOUTHERN PATRIOTS served their individual STATES' RIGHTS HONORABLY to Death, and SACRIFICE of their Family Homes to the outrageous dishonorable and dispicable union soldier and their unruly generals were and continues to be covered up as immaterial and "fortunes of war"....sadly! I personnaly sat in the Tennessee State House of representatives' Committee meeting room where this disputed violation of Tennessee citizens' organizational rights was carried out!...{:( Each time the committee chairman SLAMED his gavel down insisting a RIGHT to VOTE the resolution, I could hear the roar of the confederate cannon at Fort Fisher, NC in January, 1865 as my GG-grandfather, Private Elias Fairfax, CSA, 36th Regiment, 2nd Company "A", North Carolina Troops, ARTILLERY, born 1820, Columbus County, NC defended STATES RIGHTS of legislative self rule and determination of personal citizen pursuit of happiness....the bigotry demonstrated by the opposing legislature members in trying to "TABLE" a "ROLL-CALL" Vote demonstrated the reverse discrimination that has evolved out of ignorant and biased current historical presentation of the AMERICAN period of 1840 - 1880 (includes reconstruction injustices covered up). The results of the "ROLL-CALL" vote in a small committee PREVENTED the full house from voting and thereby representing the will of the majority of us tax-paying citizens!!! The Tennessee State Senate had already approved the Sons of the Confederate Logo Car tag with an anticipated GOVENOR signature approving the "FUND-RAISING" effort. The SCV WEB PAGE states that our interest is PURELY and SOLEY of HISTORICAL INTERESTS...which is why I am a MEMBER...I am also a re-enactor of HISTORICAL BATTLES....SALUTE!!! Have an awesome day, sir!!! Thank you for your response! Best regards, Dan Fairfax Nashville, Tennessee -------------------------- John Dorociak wrote: > > OH! And how far are they rising this time?
