Regarding West HERRING married to Charity HERRING. I have a record of Charity HERRING as the first of 11 children of parents William Giles HERRING and Penelope PITTMAN. She was born 10 September 1792, and likely in Wayne Co., NC. Later children were born in Robeson Co. I don't have any marriage info for this Charity HERRING.
