I am connected to all of the above mentioned names and would very much like contact with anyone else who is as well to any of them at all. I am the granddaughter of Minnie Mae Edge Williams and John Dewitt Williams. Minnie is from Bladen County, John is the grandson of Reddin Williams and Nancy Faircloth. Nancy is the daughter of Raiford Fairlcoth and Martha Jones. Raiford is the son of Samuel Faircloth and Elizabeth Unknown. John is the son of Earnest Evander "Tobe" Williams and Rosa Esabelle Lee Lane, Earnest being the son of the above Reddin. Rosa is the daughter of Willie Lane and Isabelle Sessoms. I do not know what happened to Willie. He left to treat cancer patients and was never heard from again about 1873. Isabelle died shortly after that and was raised by an aunt and uncle William " Bill" Sessoms and wife Charlotte Unknown. I would love to know more of the Faircloth, Sessoms and Lane lines. I have much to share on the Williams line back to Reddin who is the one who! seems to have dropped out of the sky. We cannot prove his parents, but he states in his Civil War papers I believe it is and census that he was born in NC. He and several other Williams men enlisted in Sampson Co on the same day and location, so I HIGHLY suspect they were either his brothers due to the close age range or possibly cousins. I would love to prove his parentage as well as siblings if anyone has knowledge of this line I would love to hear from you as well. I am very happy to share what I know of ANY of the above lines.
