    3. Was wondering if Elizabeth Oates appears on the 1790 Census for Sampson County as the head of a household. Her husband died in 1747, so unless she remarried she would have been a widow. I do not think she remarried. She would have been too old by 1747. Being born in 1697. Thank you for any help. Le
