Listmembers, I have record of a Burke Co., GA marriage between Jonathan THOMAS and Jane WOOD, 1801. I have Burke Co., GA record of newspaper ad announcing estate administration for Jane THOMAS. Administrator of her estate was John THOMAS and the date of administration was 18 April 1800. In Mitchell County, GA about 1860, there is record Jonathan THOMAS witnessed a deed for William WEST. William WEST married in Bladen Co., August 1814, Anna Jane THOMAS. William and Anna Jane left Bladen Co. and were in Burke Co., GA in time to be enumerated on the census of 1820. I am hoping to prove/disprove a connection between Anna Jane Thomas WEST, Jonathan THOMAS and Jane THOMAS. I would like to correspond with anyone having information on any of these families.
