Listmembers, I am interested in learning more about some of the STEVENS families of early Bladen and Duplin; and possibly Sampson Counties; from creation of each county to about 1850/60. Specifically, Abram STEVENS was in Bladen 1790's; John STEVENS was in Duplin 1777; Abner STEVENS was in Duplin 1774; Richard STEVENS was in Duplin by/before 1777. As always I am looking for a connection to any WEST families of the area/time period. Who were the wives of these men? Who did their children marry? If they left NC where did they go?
