I didn't keep those letters, so I don't know if the following will be of any interest or not. 0n July 17, 1793 JAMES RATLIE witnessed the sale of land from Dempsey and Martha Carrell to Alexander Carrell On December 3, 1807 JAMES RATLEY witnessed the sale of land from Alexander Carrell to William Stoakes. On March 13, 1808 Alexander Carrell sold land to JAMES RACKLEY on the south side of Roan Run and the east side of Mill Branch joining his own land and William Kelly.
