Thanks for the response. Jo Ann I have a Sarah Ann Chesnutt "Sallie" born 1820 died 1899. Married Nov. 17, 1845 to W. David Quinn. Born 1824 in Duplin Co. N.C. and died during the Civil War in 1864. Sarahs parents were Kilbee Chesnutt of Sampson Co. N.C. and Nancy A. Robinson, also of Sampson Co. N.C. I have no dates on these two parents. This would put her age at about 60 during the 1880 census and may not be the person you are searching for. My information is from "David Quinn Family" by Ann Brooks Kendall & Glen Allen Kendall , 1997, Magnolia, N.C. W. David Quinn is my 2nd great grand uncle. I am researching the GROVES surname of Duplin County. Do you show any Groves or Grover in your line? Hope this helps.
