Diane: I have no idea where you are going to be traveling from but it is easy to find the county seat. The county seat is Clinton, NC. If you were to fly into Raleigh, you would just drive down I-40 and follow the signs. If you are coming from the north or south and driving, you can use I-95 and pick up Hwy 24 East to Clinton.
