Dear Diana, I am descended from the FREEMANs, WALKERs and DICAS' of Rutherford. My biggest brick wall in Rutherford is proving the parents of Peter FREEMAN, b 1805. Joel FREEMAN and (according to Moultrie Co., IL history) his brother, Peter, arrived in Moultrie Co. together with families and Peter (my gg-grandfather,) went on to Missouri after a couple of years. Would you have any information on their parents? Also, I am assuming that Thomas B. Haney's wife, Celia WALKER, is the daughter of William WALKER and Jemima WAGGONER, whose family also moved to Moultrie Co. Is that right? Peter's wife, Artemincy, was Celia's aunt.
