They charge $20 for us out of staters. But, I'm drafting NC cousins into the search. I hope I find some good stuff. I hope I >find some good stuff. Hi, Barb and others.... Yeah, I've done this, and as long as you adhere to the search limitations, they are really good at doing the lookups. In these days of tight budgets, though, it takes them a period of weeks before they can get to the search. They notify you by email with the search results, which just describe what record(s) they found, if any. You print out that email, fill in the blanks, and return with a check if you want copies of the records. Hope this helps..... Peace, Part of the Tree, Greg
