    3. Dear folks, It has been a while since Paul Dellinger's copy of the Cleveland WPA Cemetery Census finally made it to the electronic stage. Ann Propst took my copy of that 4-inch thick binder of legal-size pages and turned it into electronic text. It is currently being transformed into the largest single source of Cleveland County cemetery data. Compiled by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) in 1939, it is a record of the census takers pen. There may be errors but this is a full transcript with no conjecture included, except specified explanations. Our first consideration is that folks have ease of use of a simple search engine. We wanted the user to have cut-and-paste ability so allowing direct data entry. And, we also wanted Ann to have something for her 3-month, non-stop transcription effort.
