    3. 1943 Obituary Notices Spindale, Oct. 30.- MRS. MARY SNYDER, 73, w/o JAMES SNYDER, died in the home of her nephew, BEN WARD of Spindale, following a lingering illness. MRS. SNYDER is survived by one sister, MRS. NANNIE SISK, Spindale and eleven grandchildren as follows; HENRY LEWIS, Kings Mountain, MRS. NANNY SUE LEWIS, LUCY LEDFORD, and LUCILLE SNYDER, MRS. EDITY HARPER and NORMAN, PAUL, GRADY ,JOHN, and JAMES SNYDER, all of Rutherfordton and TOMMY ARROWOOD of Traverlers Rest. Funeral services will be conducted in West Rutherfordton Baptist church, interment in church cemetery. ----- Rutherfordton, Oct.30.- Funeral services for MRS. NELLIE EMORY HARDIN, 34, will be at the home in Cliffside. MRS. HARDIN died this morning at her home following 2 years illness. She was a member of the Cliffside Baptist church and is survived by her husband, MARVIN HARDIN; a daughter; 2 sons; mother, MRS. NELLIE EMORY of Gastonia; 3 sisters; and 6 brothers; 2 brothers are in service, HENRY EMORY, Marines and Lt.
