    3. 1960 Mill Spring, June 23- FRANK FOSTER, 71, Mill Spring, died at the Rutherford Co. hospital after a 2 week illness. He was a native of Polk Co. and a s/o the late CHARLES LECIE BRIDGEMAN FOSTER. He was a retired sawmill operator. Surviving are his wife, MRS. ANNIE LISHER FORD FOSTER; 2 daughters, MRS. SARAH ELIZABETH HYDER and MISS CATHERINE FOSTER, Mill Springs; 3 sons, CHARLES HENRY, JULIAN F. and RALPH L. FOSTER, Mill Springs; one sister, MRS. CLAUDE SCOGGINS, Tryon; 4 brothers, GENERAL FOSTER, Saluda, JESS and BUSTER FOSTER, Lynn, and VANNY FOSTER, Hickory; 8 grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced by McFarland Funeral home. ----- Avondale, May 19- MRS. KATIE LEE WILSON RADFORD, 50, died at the Rutherford Hospital. Surviving are her husband, LONZO RADFORD; 6 sons, ERNEST, Chesnee, GEORGE, Chesnee, HUBERT, Avondale, JAMES , Forest City, ALFRED and STEVE RADFORD of the home; one daughter, MRS. CAROL JOLLEY, Gaffney; 2 brothers, ARCIE WILSON, Ellenboro, and PATE WILSON, Una; 5 sisters, MRS. DAN GOSNELL, Inman, MRS. GAIL TRANTHAM, Spartanburg, MRS. NOVELLA THOMPSON, Tryon, MRS. TALMADGE RAY, Clifton, MRS. PAUL MANN, Charlotte, ; one half sister, MRS. C.O. HAYES, Grover and 7 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at Caroleen Methodist Church, burial in Henrietta- Caroleen cemetery.
