    3. 1937 Forest City, Nov.25- Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the First Broad Bapt. church for MRS. NANCY M. JONES, 92, who died at her home in the Golden Valley community following a short illness. Burial was in the church cemetery. MRS. JONES was familiarly known to her friends as " Aunt Lissa". She was born April 15, 1845. She married WILLIAM JONES in 1868 and to this union were born 8 children, 5 of whom survive, along with 38 grandchildren. MRS. JONES joined the Baptist church at the age of 12. Oct. 6, she attened the funeral of an only sister, MRS. FRONIE BLANKENSHIP, who died at the age of 85. MRS. JONES husband and 3 of their children died a number of years ago. --- Forest City, Nov. 25- H.P. MORGAN, barber, 43 of Spindale, died at his home there Tuesday. He was stricken with paralysis at noon while at work at the barber shop and died 3 hours later. Funeral services were held at the Round Hill Bapt. church, Union Mills, burial in the church cemetery. MR. MORGAN is survived by his wife, his mother, MRS. T.W. MORGAN of Belmont; 3 sisters, MISSES IDA and LOLLIE MORGAN and MRS. MARY OWENS, Belmont; 2 brothers, C.W., Charlotte, and M.C. MORGAN, Westminster. He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Bapt. church, near Rutherfordton, where he joined when he was 14 years old.
