The 1810 census is in semi-alphabetical order. Does anyone know of any way in determining where the people in the census were living and by whom? For instance, how can I find out if Thomas Wilkinson was living in proximity to David Nowlin? Is the census arranged by districts? Thanks for any help! Melody
