Hi, I am a new subscriber to the List and am a direct descendant of Thomas Edward JUSTICE, SR and Mary DYER, through their son, Amos. Am searching for Tom Sr. and Mary's resting places as well as Tom's probate papers. I have the Wills of Tom's father, son and grandson, but do not have anything on him. Thomas Justice was a Baptist Minister. Lived 1781-1789 Rutherford CO, NC; 1790-1815 Buncombe Co. NC; 1816 Bedford Co, TN and then 1831 in Rutherford Co, NC.
