I ordered one 2 years ago over the phone and gave the man a CC#. I received the book last year. At the time I ordered they were only going to print so many, like a limited edition. The guy was nice when I called about 6 months after I ordered it to find out where it was. At the time there was a problem with the printing of it. But I finally got it.
