OBITUARIES Caroleen, June 21.- The funeral of MRS. STEVE DeBRULE , 61, who died at Charlotte hospital were conducted at the Sharon Methodist church in Cleveland Co., of which MRS. DeBRULE was a member. Survived by her husband; one daughter, MISS SELMA DeBRULE of Caroleen; one sister, MRS. J.R. FRY of Avondale; three brothers, BATES and WELDON MOOREHEAD of Avondale and JOHN MOOREHEAD of Boiling Springs; and three grandchildren. --- WILLIAM GARDNER Shelby, June 5.- Funeral services for WILLIAM GARDNER, 66 were conducted at the Double Springs Bapist Church. MR. GARDNER died at his home in the Double Springs community after an illness of three days. He was a farmer and for the past 12 years had supervised the upkeep of the church. He served deacon of the church for 27 years. Surving are his wife; three sons, CARL GARDNER, Shelby, CLYDE GARDNER, Double Springs, and MAX GARDNER, Charlotte; one brother, J.M. GARDNER, of Double Springs. --- Forest City, May 31.- Last rites were conducted at the Cedar Grove Methodist church for MRS. W.S. MURRAY, 75, who died unexpectedly at her home, Bostic. She was a member of the First Broad Bapt. ch. of Golden Valley. Besides her husband, MRS. MURRAY is survived by one son, J.A. MURRAY of Bostic; one daughter, MISS ESTHER MURRAY at home, one brother, ALEC GETTYS of Bostic and 10 grandchildren. --- Cliffside, May 27.- Funeral services for GLENN DAVID MATHENY, 30 s/o MR. and MRS. D.B. MATHENY who died here after an illness of one year, will be conducted at the Cliffside Bapt. ch. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Surviving are his parents; his wife, MRS. RUBY FREE MATHENY; a son, GENE MATHENY; and four brothers, OTTO and CHARLES, of Cliffside and ROBY and JACK MATHENY of Spencer. --- Free post- nancie
