Barb, In your Sparks query you mentioned that you are also researching Waldrops. Is this the same Waldrop family in which two men married McClurkin sisters? Do you have any information linking Lindsey/ay, McClurkin (McLurkin, etc.) and Waldrop families? My Micajah Lindsey married Elizabeth McClurkin, and two of her sisters married Waldrops in Rutherford Co. They all eventually moved to Alabama (though my line went on to Mississippi from there).
