Just for additional information: The Zadock Harris House still stands and is owned by a direct descendant of Zadock Harris (who actually died in 1846). I visited the house last summer and the cemetery across the road which did have a church near the cemetery at one time. The cemetery is called the Wesley Chapel Memorial Cemetery. I do not know any of the names in the cemetery except the Harris family as that is my research area. Zadock was the brother of my husband's great, great, great grandfather who also ran the post office in Chimney Rock out of his home and his son's ran that post office after his death as well.
