I am researching the EAVES and BAXTER and LEE families of Rutherford County. Particularly, SPENCER JONATHAN EAVES (1832-1920) (son of Lawson and Jennie Baxter Eaves) and his wife, Mary E. Carson Wells (dau. of John Kendall Wells and Mary Carson Wells). Also the family of WILLIAM BAXTER (1760-1852) and his wife CATHERINE JENNIE LEE -- parents of the above Jennie Baxter Eaves.
