1949 Jan.11- Funeral services for MRS. GEORGE WATSON, 86, who died at the General Hospital Sunday were held this afternoon at Centennial Meth. church near Rutherfordton. MRS. WATSON made her home with a son, CRAWFORD WATSON in Spartanburg. Also surviving is another son, JAMES G. WATSON of Rutherfordton. She was a native of Rutherford County. --- Forest City, Funeral services for MRS. R.H. JONES, 66, were held this afternoon at the First Broad Bapt. church in the Golden Valley section. MRS. JONES died Sunday at her home in that community after a long period of declining health. Surviving are a son, BELA JONES and 3 daughters, MRS. FRANK BRACKETT, MRS. BUREN WORKMAN and MRS.
