Hello, I am in the midst of making an index for the minutes pleas and quarter sessions of Rutherford County. I have completed the years 1799-1801. I will be continuing until I have put the records in 5-10 year increments and putting them on a CD or in paper form and making them available for sale. Afterwards I will be transcribing the court records themselves. I am coming across some names that are very hard to read or were written "creatively". I am hoping that if I post some of these names someone will recognize them and provide the correct name. I will be posting these as I come across them. I am spending a few hours per day indexing.
