She was a native of Cleveland County, daughter of the late J.A. and Alice Ellen Peeler Warlick, wife of the late Weldon Floyd and Flay Richards, retired from Universal Manufacturing Co., Union Elementary School foster grandparent, member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, church pianist for 40 years. SURVIVORS: Sons and daughters-in-law, W.D.
