I have a couple of questions for Bill or anyone else who has answers. When I was doing deed research (on my Lindsey family) in the Rutherford Co. Courthouse I had to make notes by hand because there did not seem to be a copier available. Also, I found nothing but land records, and no one seemed to know whether or not anything else was available. Is it now possible to make copies? Are there probate records, wills, or other records of interest to genealogists available, either at the courthouse or another location? My Lindseys were in Rutherford in the late 1700s and early 1800s, so that is the time period in which I am interested. Thanks in advance for any advice! Margaret Lindsey Smith
