Found this today: Feb. 1796 Phillip Crowder and David Nowlin Woodward to William Crowder of McLingburgh County VA 140 acres Thomas White's corner, Runnels old line, Woodward's corner, Robert Crowder's line, Philip Moore's line, Runnel's old line, Philip's line. Witnesses: Benjamin Wilkinson, Israel Riggs. Anyone researching the Crowders? Woodwards? Nowlins? I know all of these families were interrelated in Rutherford County, did they know each other prior?
