I. 38th Regiment, fell in the battle before Richmond. E. McSWAIN, son of Rev. WM. McSWAIN, Co. I, 38th, was a pious member of the Church and well adored his profession, fell in the Seven days battle before Richmond, on 9th day of June, 1862, in the 28th year of his age. LARKIN MAGNIS, Co. E, 12th , N.C. , fell in the Seven days battle around Richmond. GEORGE McSWAIN, son of Rev. WM. McSWAIN, a young man who promised much in society, who was adored well, Co.I, 38th Regiment, fell before Richmond and died Aug. 4, 1862 , in the 28th year of his age. J. HAMRICK , Co. I., 38th Regiment, died at Richmond, in the 26th year. I. HAMRICK, Co. D, 55th Regiment, died a prisoner at Point Lookout, Md. I.J. HARDIN, Co. E, 12th Regiment, died at Richmond. ELIJAH HAMRICK, Co.
