His spouse was unknown and since his oldest son Henry S. Parker was born ca. 1795 it appears unlikely that he married Sarah Gabriel in 1797. David Parker of Lincoln County, NC was the son of Peter and Elsie_____Parker of Iredell County, NC. He married Sarah Gabriel 11/12/1797 in Lincoln County, NC. He appears in the 1820 Lincoln County, NC Census while Edward Parker's son David Parker simultaneously appears in the 1820 Rowan County, NC Census.
