I am looking for my gg-Uncle named Quincy Moore from Ingrams Township (current day Four Oaks)in Johnston County, NC. He was married to Nancy Jane Barber and had several children with her. Story goes, he left Nancy (not sure if divorced b/c her tombstone still says wife of Quincy Moore) and the children and went to Sailsbury, NC. I have lots of info on Quincy in Johnston County...just need to fill in the blanks in Rowan County. Quincy's lineage was from Benjamin Moore. I am off of his brother Haywood.
