He was my gr gr grandfather. By 1848 he was in what was then Jefferson, later Grant Co AR. He married Sarah Jane Crouse (There was more than one. You may have seen that one of his brothers married a Sarah Crouse.) Their children were John W, Thomas G, Morgan, F, George Augustus (my gr grandfather), Rhoda and Elizabeth.
