Hartman Livengood was a chain bearer in 1784 for Adam Grimes on Abbot's Creek. 1806 John Grimes bought 140 Acres of Edinger Estate Note: Edinger's line in Adam Grimes Grant 2877 - Feb 4, 1803; issued Nov 20, 1805.
