With the two first names of "Christopher" and "Tobias" there may be something common. John and Margaret Phipps had sons with these names, born about 1818 to 1821 in Ohio. The only issue is that I have knowledge from an obit of one of their daughters that the names of the parents are: John Phipps and Margaret Miller of NC.
