Given a Land Grant when mustered out of Revoluntionary War.Land Grant for Island Creek, Clay Co., Kentucky. Listed in the Kentucky Census records when Clay was made a county 1807. Listed as living on his land grant in 1810 and 1820 Census. My Father born 1912-2002 always said his family came from North Carolina, before Revoluntionary War. Could we be talking about the same person.Also listed are William and Daniel S. on same census..
