I am seeking any information on James Willis, Son of Thomas Willis Sr,probably born in Rowan County NC,abt. 1754/55 before his sister Rachel Willis that married Jonathan Wiseman, from Berks Co Pa. Rachel was born abt 1756, died abt 1799. One known son of hers was John Wiseman. I have nothing on James. Any info appreciated on this family, especially during the years of 1775 to 1800. in Rowan Co. Thanks . Stella
