I believe her parents to be Peter Smith/Schmidt and Barboury. But, I don't know much more about them. I also know that Peter's will states that Eve married a Christopher Knatzer a few years after John's death. Do you have an Eve Smith, or a Maria Eva Schmidin (the German version) on your list? My goal is to find John Adams, Sr.'s parents. Maybe if I find her, I can find out more about her 1st husband. What town in Pa. isNorthampton Co. in? I'm in Missouri, I know little about Pa.
