I really want to find out more on this line and maybe together we can work on them. This is all that I know. This is my father's line. 1 Catherine Elizabeth ELLER b: 1825 + William, Jr. HOLMAN b: ABT 1816 d: BEF 1870 2 John Eller HOLMAN b: May 1850 d: 29 Mar 1917 + Delilah Jane MASSENGILL b: July 1850 d: 2 Feb 1923 3 Catherine Louisa Elizabeth HOLMAN b: 1 Sept 1879 d: 5 Nov 1942 + William Franklin ROOKARD b: 2 Feb 1869 d: 1 Nov 1905 4 Henry Martin, Sr. ROOKARD b: 24 July 1897 d: 8 July 1975 + Martha Mamie JUSTICE b: 20 Feb 1908 d: 18 Oct 1935 5 Henry Martin, Jr. ROOKARD b: 12 January 1929 d: 3 Aug 2002 + Living BLACKWELL 6 Living ROOKARD ME I am told that Catherine was married to an Eller and was widowed. Catherine was born in NC, William in Wilkes Co and they died in Grainger Co, TN. It is said that William Holman adopted her son John when they married. I don't know if this has any validity. John was born in Iredell Co, NC. He and Delilah Massengill had 8 children. I'm sorry to say that I don't know your Harriet. Do you recognize any of mine?
