I have a Samuel Ward listed as the s/o Levin Ward and Priscilla Price. Have no other info on him except that he died in Iredell Co., N.C. and was married to an Elizabeth Smith?? Since so many names are similar, it is really a tough puzzle to piece together..! Anything you can find on Francis Asbury Ward and son, John W. Ward would be of great interest to me. I have John Ward, b/o Francis Asbury Ward married to a Martha Stevens, November 8, 1793. I tend to think my John W. Ward who is s/o Francis Asbury Ward was also the s/o Mary Watkins and I think that the initial "W" as his middle name could possibly be "Watkins" for his mother's maiden name. Sure wish i could prove this to be true. Well, on with the search. Thanks again.
