Am searching for info on Timothy Wiseman. I have he went to jail in 1817 in Rowan Co. Do not know if it was a city, county or state jail. He was not in the 1820 census. Anyone have any jail info for Rowan back at that time. Do not know why he went to jail either.. Thank you Cathy
