My quest is this one: Back in November, 1886, 24 year old John House of Morgan Township married Martha Crowell of Gold Hill. He was the son of Keziah House of Providence Township. She was the daughter of Anda Crowell of Gold Hill township. John was born in 1860; Martha in 1866. To this union came six children: Fred House born in 1888 and died in 1937; Maggie House Heilig 1890-1955; Eugene House 1894-1923; Felicia House Belser 1899-1971; Theola House Morgan 1903-1970; and Frankie House Barnhardt 1904-1975. John died in 1910. Martha, who married Welborn Stokes Ingram(died 1931); she later died in October 1942. Other folks who lived in Gold Hill at the time were that of Bill or Guy Russell of the Russell General STore, the Trents, the Honeycutts, and the Melchers. Sure like for some folks who knew that area of that time come forth please. Appr! eciate it . Joseph
