Could the Badget's be Sophia's parents ? When Henry married Alice Virginia Carl(sp) in 1885 he had a son named Sam. Would appreciate any information that might prove this to be my Henry Goodman, his first wife and her family.

Henry Goodman married Sophia Hartman 13 April 1849 (bond date). 1850 Rowan County Census: GOODMAN, Henry 21 Sophia 21 John 0/12 which would haave made him born c May, since the census is usally taken in June.
