D-i-law: Caty. Exrs; Mary Ervin, Joseph Kerr Agness also has loose estate papers. James Todd made 17 May 1814 probated 1814: Wife Mary Sons: John, Joseph E. Todd, JAmes and William Todd Dau. Polly Todd. Henry Allming. Exrs: John Locke, THomas Todd, Sr. James has loose estate papers. No will for Margaret in Rowan County.
