This is yet another attempt to get my money refunded . I was "robbed" of $79.95 out of my checking account on March 1, 2003 for a subscription to U.S. Collections Records . I have been given a confirmation number (which is C4910462) and have been told that it has already left your offices .. but that you have 30 days to refund my money... that is a NOT FUNNY JOKE .. it sure took you less than 24 hours to DRAW it out of my bank account .. when I was sick with the flu and forgot to call to cancel the free trial status . You have wreaked total havoc on my life and cost me MUCH MORE THAN THE $80.00 .. I cannot even have a Visa Logo on my ATM/debit card and therefore will not even have an Internet Service provider after May 8th. I want nothing more to do with your companies(MyFamily,Inc and RootsWeb.com) and want my e-mail address removed from all your notification boards and newsletters and believe me I will be WARNING all my friends to not get mixed up with companies such as yours . For this reason---and similar experiences---I have nothing to do with any of the "free trials". If you don't cancel several days before the date given to you, they will have your money and be calling you to 'upgrade' for more money. Doris....A Texan in Georgia.....
