I was researching the Jordan ancestry in Owen County and apparently Reuben Jordan married Nancy Beaman (daughter of Isaac Beaman & Ellender Haislip????) in Owen County, IN I assume in 1827 when the moved there. They had there first child in 1828 who was named Temperance Jane Jordan "Tempy". Reuben and Nancy did have a son that they named Isaac Jordan born about 1838. I do not have all of there birthdates but did have the following children listed. If you have anything else, please let me know!!
